The Harlequin’s ‘Playbill Playlist’ Opening at Ft. Sam Houston Theater

Playbill Playlist is — as the title implies — a collection of songs from newer jukebox musicals such as The Cher Show, Donna: the Donna Summer Musical,  Moulin Rouge, All Shook Up and Beautiful. Director Shawn Kjos says, “The show takes you on a trip through the decades of popular music. There are over 60 songs in the show and over 70 costumes.”

He continues: “When we did Classic Rewind we were able to collect 250 pounds of food for the local food banks. With this show, we want to double that donation.

“During the entire run of Playbill Playlist we are offering a special perk: $10 tickets with a donation of non-perishable food items. I want to make sure as many people are able to enjoy theater as we come back to life. I hope this special makes theater available to everyone and that we are doing our part in giving back to the community!”
