Art for Autism event to be held Saturday, Oct. 8

October is Texas Disability Awareness Month. In celebration, the Autism Treatment Center is celebrating Art for Autism at The Shops at La Cantera on Saturday, Oct. 8. Here is more information about the event:

This community art fair features the works of artists with autism. It is free and open to the public.

The show has over 20 individual artists with autism selling original art in a variety of forms. Guests can visit an art activity booth to create their own piece of art and contribute to community paintings of San Antonio landmarks. There will also be a booth with information on local autism resources and services provided by the event sponsors.
