What legal issues should be considered? Intellectual properties, contacts, partnerships, insurance and legal liabilities, business loans, taxes (to name a few). How difficult is it to set up an LLC? Costs? Are there any free resources to help? We’lll walk you through the process and create a fictional production company as an example, to possibly create some common legal issue and show how the LLC works. Q&A follows.
